Hi! Thanks for the welcome! Why aren't we using steve millers band for a name again this year, like you did last year? OR we could use ONYD! (oh no you didn't!) as a name!

Anyway, I'm really excited, and have been running 3-5 times a week. I still don't feel great about my progress, but I'll start going more frequently, and longer distances. Today I ran 4 miles, but stopped 3 times to walk for a bit. Stopping to walk is my biggest frustration, but I have a hard time breathing sometimes, so feel like I need to slow down for a minute.

Any suggestions, toss them my way!

  1. Hey Brooke welcome we are excited to have you on the team. If you a need to run slower in order to not walk do that, but don't worry too much about it. Anyway im writing this little ditty on an I pad. Pretty cool. Anyway we look forward to the race in just 5 weeks!
