Map your course

I also second looking at the legs and so we can figure out who is running what. That will be very helpful for all of us. The sooner we can get that done the better so TAKE A LOOK!

There is a cool website that helps you track out your courses and then you know your mileage. You can get a login and then save all your courses. I find it very helpful and kinda fun. It is called http://www.runningmap.com CHECK IT OUT.

  1. Alright old man, here I am. I upped my usual run by a mile today and took a route with more elevation change. I felt pretty good. I ran four out of six days over spring break so I think I'm getting in the grove of things now. legs weren't the strongest but its coming. Today was the first time all I had to deal with was the cold, no wind or rain so all and all a good run today.
