I haven't quite figures out this blog. I have read all of your posts though. My training is fine...yes, just fine. I am up to 10-11 miles on my long runs. I have a bit of tenderness on the back of my left knee. Anybody? Ryan's training is slower. He rolled his ankle about 3 weeks ago. He hasn't run since then. He is amazingly optimistic that he's still in the running for our Pocatello 50 in May and this race. So, keep him in your prayers as he tries to recover. Happy running! Trissa
